At this time of year with the wonderful autumnal colours nothing can be better than cycling along the country lanes or canal towpath. How fortunate we are to have some beautiful countryside throughout our county and one of the best ways of enjoying it is by bike. The added bonus of riding your bike is that it is a great way to keep fit.

Take your pick from some great routes through our county and enjoy the Wye Valley and Vale of Usk.

Are you ready for the Half Term Holidays, lots of walks will be taking place during that week with the Monmouthshires walking festival. Don't miss out on our lovely countryside.Get the family out and enjoy the great outdoors.
